Final Project for Epic Journeys Unit

Hi Guys,

Over the next week and a half, you will be creating your own blog as a final project for our "Epic Journeys" unit. You will be creating a travel blog that details a journey you would like to take after you graduate high school. Today (1/8), you will create your own blog using blogger.com. Please follow the instructions below: 

Starting Your Own Blog

1. Go to www.blogger.com. If you have a gmail account, use it to sign in. If you don't have a gmail account, follow the steps to create one. Make sure you write down your password and address in a place where you won't lose it.

2. Click on "Return to Blogger" and click on "New Blog"

3. Give your blog a title (John Smith's Blog) and a URL. Make sure the title and URL are easy to remember.

4. Post your blog URL in the comments section of this post. If you don't do this, I can't grade you. :-(

4. Choose a design template for your blog.

5. To post either click on "New Post" or the pencil icon.

6. Your first post should be titled "Where I Want to Be" and should be a response to the following question:

If you could be anywhere in the world right now, where would you want to be? Describe your location using as much detail as possible. If you are done early, search for a photograph and attach it to your post.
